Key responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end operations including production, warehousing, logistics and procurement
- Implementing efficient production processes
- Ensuring reliable supply chain processes
- Partnering with international suppliers
- Lead and develop an operational team in a hands-on environment
Profile:
- Engineering background
- Experience in managing assembly/manufacturing operations,
- Strong exposure to production, industrialization, and process improvement,
- Experience in developing structured manufacturing setups,
- Familiarity with international supplier environments,
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented,
- Experience and/or readiness to work in a start-up environment,
- Fluency in English.
