- Direct, mentor, and elevate a cross-functional division of medical writers, strategists, and scientific professionals. Spearhead a culture rooted in continuous professional evolution, high accountability, and flawless execution.
- Serve as the ultimate authority on all outgoing scientific positioning. Modernize editorial benchmarks, implement stringent quality assurance protocols, and optimize departmental workflows to guarantee regulatory alignment and operational agility.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. Decipher complex client objectives to deliver high-value advisory services while organic revenue pipelines are expanded.
- Command the scientific architecture of major commercial pitches. Articulate our technical differentiation and strategic superiority to secure high-value prospective partnerships.
- Dominate industry thought leadership by representing the organization at global forums. Build strategic alliances with key opinion leaders (KOLs), institutional pioneers, and medical societies to amplify brand equity.
- Anticipate shifts in healthcare regulations, therapeutic trends, and compliance standards. Drive the integration of next-generation digital tools, AI-driven workflows, and collaborative platforms to maximize output quality.
- Terminal degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.D.) in the life sciences, biomedical fields, or clinical medicine is highly preferred.
- A minimum of a decade operating within scientific consulting, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing ecosystems, including at least 5 years management-level operations.
- Complete professional fluency and bilingual capability in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- A documented history of building, scaling, and managing elite, multidisciplinary technical or editorial teams.
- Equal parts high-level strategist and business developer; comfortable driving commercial growth, analyzing market dynamics, and engineering process turnarounds under tight, client-driven timelines.
