- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring alignment with group reporting timelines and requirements
- Oversee treasury and cash management, including banking relationships, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization to support capital-intensive operations
- Establish and enhance accounting policies, financial procedures, and internal control frameworks in alignment with corporate governance standards
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes; develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost structure review, and margin analysis across product lines and manufacturing operations
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to senior leadership and the US CFO within a global matrix organization
- Oversee the preparation of financial packages for board meetings, investors, and corporate headquarters
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain, engineering) to drive cost efficiency and operational performance
- Participate in finance system implementation (e.g., ERP) and process optimization initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data transparency
