Radiographer (Full-time/Part-time)

Our Radiology department is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. We are looking for a dedicated Radiographer (either full-time or part-time) to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our reputation for clinical excellence.

The Role:
As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. You will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to produce high-quality images that aid in accurate diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general radiography procedures as required.

• Ensure optimal image quality while adhering to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles for radiation safety.

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes to alleviate anxiety and ensure cooperation.

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate department.

• Maintain accurate patient records and manage image storage (PACS).

• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Radiography / Radiologic Technology.

• Certification: Registration with Radiographers Board.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience preferred (New Graduates are welcome to apply).

• Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
