我們正在尋求一位具備實務經驗的製程工程師,負責主導全新 PFA(氟樹脂)射出成型產線的製程開發、設備導入與生產數據建立。此職位為高能見度的關鍵角色,您將與全球廠區對齊製程標準、推動新產品導入(NPI),並建立完善的品質與營運指標。理想人選需具備快節奏環境下的適應力,並兼具扎實的現場實作與製程開發能力。
主要職責
產線建立與製程對齊

新產線導入與驗證: 開發、建立並維護全新 PFA 成型產線之製程參數、機台設定與生產數據。

跨廠標準對齊: 與全球廠區對齊射出成型及擠出製程數據,建立標準化製程流程與管制計畫(Control Plan)。

標準化與人員培訓: 制定標準作業程序(SOP)與作業指導書(WI),並負責生產團隊之技術培訓與操作規範管理。
製程開發與持續改善

品質與良率優化: 運用 FMEA、SPC 及六標準差工具推動根因分析(RCA)與矯正預防措施(CAPA),持續縮短週期時間(Cycle Time)並提升生產良率。

新產品導入與技術移轉: 主導產品由研發階段轉量產(NPI)之技術移轉,確保生產端符合市場與行銷需求,具備完整量產能力(Launch Ready)。

變更管理: 依循工程驗證(V&Q)與產品變更通知(PCN)標準流程妥善執行工程變更管理。
-
資本支出與文件管理: 於預算內提出設備與技術升級之資本支出(CAPEX)效益評估;建立並維護所有製程文件、測試規範、測試方法與零組件圖面。

全球出差: 可配合約 10% 之海外出差,以支援跨廠區技術對齊與專案推進。
資格與能力要求
必備條件:

學歷要求: 機械工程、化學工程、材料工程或相關理工科系學士(含)以上。

系統經驗: 具備 ISO 體系認證製造環境之實際工作經驗。

語言能力: 具備良好英文聽、說、讀、寫溝通能力,以利跨國團隊協作。

基本能力: 具備良好問題分析與解決能力、基本電腦操作及資料搜集能力。
優先條件:

產業經驗: 具 3 年以上射出成型、吹塑成型或氟樹脂(PFA/PTFE)加工產業經驗者佳。

專業認證: 具備精實生產(Lean)或六標準差綠帶(Green Belt)認證者優先考慮。

全新 PFA 成型產線如期完成調試、驗證與量產上線。

達到預期之生產良率、週期時間優化、設備運轉效率與 SPC 製程穩定度指標。

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Process Engineer to lead the development, setup, and maintenance of processes, equipment, and manufacturing data for a new PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) molding production line. In this high-visibility role, you will align process standards with global facilities, drive new product introductions (NPI), and establish robust quality and operational metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, bridging technical expertise with execution on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Line Setup & Process Alignment

New Line Qualification: Develop, establish, and maintain processes, machinery, and production parameters for the new PFA molding production line.

Global Standard Alignment: Align injection molding and extrusion process data with international manufacturing sites to establish unified process flows and Control Plans.

Standardization & Training: Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), leading technical training for operators and technicians to ensure full compliance.

Process Development & Sustaining
-
Quality & Yield Optimization: Utilize FMEA, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, cycle time reduction, and yield enhancement.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.

Systems Experience: Proven experience working within ISO-certified manufacturing environments.

Language & Mobility: Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken) for cross-border teamwork.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic digital research/computer literacy skills.

NPI & Technology Transfer: Lead tech transfers from R&D to mass production, ensuring full manufacturing launch-readiness according to product roadmaps and commercial requirements.

Change Management: Manage engineering changes, process validations, and qualifications through formal V&Q (Validation & Qualification) and PCN (Product Change Notification) protocols.

CAPEX & Documentation: Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) justifications for equipment and technology upgrades within budget. Maintain comprehensive process documentation, including component drawings, test methods, and technical specs.

Global Mobility: Willingness to travel globally (approx. 10%) to support cross-site alignment and project rollout.
