Responsibilities
Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished leader to head an analog/mixed-signal design team. This role requires both strategic vision and strong hands-on technical expertise to drive innovation in signal chain technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analog/mixed-signal IC designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration
- Define and drive the architecture, design, and verification of advanced analog and mixed-signal building blocks such as amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, bandgaps, bias circuits, and LDOs
- Collaborate with product management and customers to shape product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market demands and technical feasibility
- Partner with global design teams to adopt and leverage next-generation semiconductor process technologies
- Promote best practices in design methodology, verification, and documentation to ensure high-quality silicon and first-pass success
Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, with strong expertise in signal chain solutions
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling design teams (ideally with 10+ direct reports)
- Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal circuits, semiconductor device physics, and design tools/flows
- Demonstrated track record of successful product delivery in high-volume applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
