Brain Health Product Platform - Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)

Core Responsibilities

You will own the product software layer end-to-end, focusing on two main problem areas:

1. Session Delivery:

   • Handle Bluetooth device pairing and live biosignal streaming.

   • Maintain a responsive, reliable real-time loop for multisensory programs on consumer-grade hardware, handling variable network conditions gracefully.

2. Partner Platform:

   • Build the consoles, account management systems, program configuration tools, and reporting dashboards for B2B partners and clinics.

   • Design and maintain a multi-tenant, white-label architecture.

II. Tech Stack & Daily Tasks

• Full Stack: TypeScript / React (Frontend), Node.js / Bun / Python (Backend), PostgreSQL (Database).

• Infrastructure & DevOps: Docker, GCP, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and error tracking.

• AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) while rigorously reviewing, testing, and owning the output.

• Documentation: Write clear technical specs, setup guides, and API documentation.

III. Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

• Experience: Senior level with 5+ years of end-to-end web application development experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript with React or a similar modern frontend framework.

  • Backend API development in Node.js, Bun, or Python.

  • Relational database design and optimization (PostgreSQL or MySQL).

  • Authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-tenant thinking.

  • Git, strong habits in unit/integration testing, GCP, and CI/CD.

  • Familiarity with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Soft Skills:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent problem-solver.

  • Active thinking: Questions assumptions, flags risks, and proposes better approaches.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

IV. Nice-to-Haves

• Real-time data delivery (WebSocket, streaming time-series, or Bluetooth-adjacent work).

• Mobile development experience (iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter).

• Experience with white-label or multi-tenant products.

• Background in healthcare or regulated software environments.

• Production-scale background jobs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
