We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with a passion for technology, digital innovation, and building long-term customer relationships. Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or digital transformation within industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, or Technology.
• Proven experience engaging with and advising mid- to senior-level stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in managing and closing large, complex commercial agreements or strategic deals.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Trilingual profile with native-level Dutch and strong professional proficiency in English and French.
