- Develop and execute Taiwan market expansion plans, managing long-cycle hospital procurement, tender processes, and pipeline development across public and private healthcare accounts.
- Drive institutional integration of complex surgical platforms to maximize ongoing case volume, consumable pull-through, and lifetime account value.
- Structure and oversee a hybrid commercial network (direct enterprise accounts and appointed distribution partners), aligning partner governance, compliance standards, and revenue targets.
- Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal to ensure cohesive commercial positioning, disciplined pricing, OPEX control, and robust demand forecasting.
- Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary field team spanning commercial account managers and clinical application specialists. Cultivate technical capabilities, procedural proficiency, and structured territory coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or related technical/clinical disciplines.
- 5+ years of demonstrable people leadership and commercial management within the medical technology / medical devices sector in Taiwan.
- Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving high-value hospital capital investments, structured budgeting cycles, and committee reviews. Experience in orthopedics, navigation, or surgical systems is highly preferred.
- Deep familiarity managing both direct key accounts and third-party dealer/distributor networks.
- Established presence engaging hospital c-suite, procurement leadership, department heads, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Track record thriving within multinational matrix organizations while maintaining uncompromising standards of compliance, ethics, and corporate governance.
- Working familiarity with local healthcare procurement protocols, regulatory landscapes, and NHI reimbursement structures.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin for executive reporting and regional cross-border collaboration.
