Morgan Philips Executive Search has been exclusively retained by a leading technology group to identify its first-ever Chief Brand & Product Communication Officer.
The Group is entering a new chapter, and to lead it, it is creating a role that has never existed within its structure. This is a build, not an inheritance.
The Role
Reporting directly to the COO and operating as a full member of the Executive Committee, the CB&PCO will:

You build things, functions, teams, brand systems. You lead from the front, operate across cultures with ease, and bring both the analytical rigor and the narrative power that C-suite leadership demands.

- Build and own the Group's brand vision, positioning, and communication strategy end-to-end
- Lead external agencies and partners with a performance-first mindset
- Establish brand health KPIs and defend them at Executive Committee level
The Candidate
You build things, functions, teams, brand systems. You lead from the front, operate across cultures with ease, and bring both the analytical rigor and the narrative power that C-suite leadership demands.
You bring:
- 15+ years in brand strategy, product marketing, or senior communication, in tech, digital, FMCG, or any brand-led industry
- Full professional fluency in English, French, and Arabic
- A proven track record of building from scratch in complex, multicultural organizations
