Commercial Excellence Lead

Our client is a leading international premium brand seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead to drive business growth through commercial strategy, performance management, analytics, and process optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions and improve commercial effectiveness in Taiwan.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting, and commercial performance reviews.
• Drive commercial analytics, KPI management, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain on business planning and execution.
• Improve sales force effectiveness, processes, and resource allocation.
• Lead reporting, data, and process automation initiatives.
• Translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and develop team capabilities.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in Commercial Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning or related functions, preferably within MNCs.
• Solid track record in SFE, KPI/incentive design, CRM and commercial process optimization.
• Strong business analytics & BI capabilities, with experience in Power BI, data governance, etc.
• Proven ability to lead commercial transformation or cross-functional projects, translating data into actionable business insights.
• Native Mandarin and fluent English.
