DRAM Product Quality Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Quality Engineer to drive advanced product reliability, device-level problem solving, and comprehensive quality enhancements. In this role, you will leverage deep subject matter expertise to safeguard product quality, optimize test and yield performance, eliminate customer-facing defects, and ensure flawless execution from qualification to time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex Problem-Solving: Resolve complex product reliability and device-level challenges by applying advanced engineering and quality subject matter expertise.

• Standardization & Best Practices: Define and establish Best Known Methods (BKMs) for product reliability measurements and quality validation.

• Test Coverage Enhancement: Collaborate closely with Product Engineering (PE) and Global Quality (GQ) to optimize and enhance test coverage for RMA (Return Material Authorization) and Back-End (BE) failures.

• Infrastructure & Measurement Framework: Identify infrastructure needs and drive continuous enhancements to the Measurement Framework.

• Customer Defect Prevention: Enhance and establish systematic solutions to effectively prevent Late and Customer Quality Events.

• Yield & Performance Optimization: Lead strategic process improvements to maximize PTS yield, driving toward Best-in-Class (BIC) TTMCY goals.

• Automotive & PG Quality Yields: Spearhead process improvements to achieve the highest possible PG yield and automotive AE% yield performance.

• DPM Monitoring & Quality Targets: Drive component- and module-level DPM (Defects Per Million) monitoring and reduction initiatives to consistently achieve TTMDPM and TTMUE targets.

• Qualification & Schedule Management: Manage qualification processes and oversee customer sample quality and delivery schedules to ensure a smooth Time-to-Market (TTM).
