🔹Drive project revenue and cash flow performance for industrial automation and control system projects, identifying opportunities to optimize profitability and working capital.
🔹Monitor foreign exchange exposure related to project cash flows and implement or recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
🔹Coordinate and prepare project financial reviews, cost reports, forecasts, claims, back-charges, and insurance cases.
🔹Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to identify project financial risks and opportunities and drive appropriate actions.
🔹Monitor project costs, revenue, margins, and cash flow against budget and forecast, providing financial insights to support project decision-making and performance improvement.
🔹Ensure adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, financial policies, and business-specific finance directives and instructions throughout the project lifecycle.
