Global Information Security Lead | Electronics Company

Our client, a multinational electronics manufacturer, is seeking a senior security leader to oversee global governance, risk, and compliance. This role requires close collaboration across countries, business units, and technical teams to align security practices with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to implement consistent security policies and resolve local operational challenges.

• Lead distributed security and business continuity professionals.

• Maintain and improve the ISMS, ensuring policies translate into effective technical controls and procedures.

• Oversee enterprise risk assessments, compliance reviews, and supplier security evaluations.

• Report key risks and mitigation priorities to senior management.

• Strengthen ICT resilience, cyber crisis preparedness, and employee security awareness across global operations.

Candidate Profile

• Leadership experience in information security governance, GRC, and ISMS.

• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, risk management, and audits.

• Strong international collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to communicate security priorities to business leaders and technical teams.

• Experience in multinational manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Strong business English communication skills.
