What if your next HR role wasn’t about managing an existing organization — but shaping what it becomes next?
Our client is a fast-growing, Taiwan-based technology company with an expanding international footprint, currently entering an exciting new stage of business growth and organizational transformation.
We are looking for a Head of People (HR Head) who can partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to build the organization, culture and talent capabilities for the next chapter.
What You’ll Own
🔹 Organization Transformation
Develop the 3–5 year organization and talent blueprint, including organization design, role architecture and workforce planning.
🔹 Change & Culture
Lead organization-wide transformation, strengthen leadership capabilities and shape a culture that supports growth, agility and high performance.
🔹 HR Leadership
Lead the overall People function across HRBP, COE and HR Operations, building a scalable and business-oriented HR model.
🔹 Global People Strategy
Partner with leaders across Taiwan and international markets, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
🔹 Executive Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organization health, talent, performance and critical people decisions.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on People leader who enjoys building rather than simply maintaining.
You will ideally bring:
• 15+ years of HR experience, including significant leadership exposure
• Strong track record in Organization Design, Transformation & Change Management
• Experience working across multiple countries / cross-cultural organizations
• Background in Technology, Internet, SaaS, FinTech or other high-growth businesses
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or lean organization is highly valued
• Proven ability to take initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge and influence senior leadership
• Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills
