Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join a leading organization in the services sector. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth. -
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure the organization attracts top talent. -
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment. -
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems that facilitate employee development, feedback, and goal setting. -
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous professional growth. -
Compliance and HR Policies:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, developing and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary. -
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics to assess employee engagement, turnover, and other key performance indicators, preparing reports for senior management.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant HR certification is preferred. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record in a managerial role within a multinational organization. -
Knowledge of Labor Laws:
Strong understanding of Japanese labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead HR teams and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
