Legal Counsel

1. Contract Management (Domestic & International)

• Draft, review, and revise commercial and operational contracts, working closely with business teams to support external negotiations, particularly for cross-border agreements.
• Handle intellectual property (IP)-related contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms, and support post-licensing audits and compliance management.

2. Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support (Domestic & International)

• Support the handling of labor disputes, commercial conflicts, antitrust matters, and IP-related litigation.
• Liaise with external legal counsel to align on case strategies, key issues, and monitor case progress.
• Oversee the selection and management of external law firms.

3. Regulatory Research & Internal Training

• Conduct legal research and provide advisory on U.S. export control regulations and tariff policies.
• Support legal assessments related to investments and M&A activities.
• Monitor global regulatory developments (e.g., ESG / sustainability / green energy policies) and provide internal legal guidance and training.

4. Cross-functional Project Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support key initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective execution of projects.
