Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory control and 3PL management to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage logistics budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis, while driving productivity improvements and logistics cost optimization.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL partners, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive logistics network optimization and strategic projects, such as distribution network enhancement, route optimization, warehouse improvements and digital logistics initiatives.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Planning, Procurement, Operations, Quality and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years of people management, 3PL management or distribution center operations.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, retail or other fast-paced distribution environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills in logistics cost management, KPI analysis, network optimization and process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP, WMS, TMS or BI tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
