Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented APAC Marketing Manager to support business expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.
This role combines regional marketing execution, channel enablement, and sales development responsibilities, with a primary focus on driving pipeline growth together with distribution and ecosystem partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening regional market presence, supporting partner engagement, and executing demand generation initiatives across APAC.
As an early regional marketing team member, this position offers the opportunity to help shape marketing operations, regional processes, and long-term growth strategies while working closely with global headquarters and local commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Channel Collaboration
- Support pipeline growth through collaboration with channel partners and regional sales teams
- Identify target customers, business opportunities, and strategic accounts across APAC
- Assist partners in converting leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Monitor funnel progression and support opportunity development activities
2. Partner Marketing & Enablement
- Support channel partners with marketing and sales enablement materials
- Coordinate localization of presentations, campaign assets, demo materials, and customer-facing content
- Ensure consistent messaging alignment with regional market requirements
- Help improve partner engagement and go-to-market effectiveness
3. Regional Events & Training Support
- Coordinate and support execution of regional marketing events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and partner activities
- Work with headquarters and regional stakeholders to manage event preparation and follow-up activities
- Assist with partner training initiatives and customer engagement programs
4. Digital Marketing & Content Support
- Support regional digital marketing initiatives including social media, online campaigns, and localized content creation
- Assist in developing customer stories, campaign materials, short-form videos, and promotional assets
- Coordinate website localization and content updates for regional relevance
- Gather market feedback and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
5. Marketing Operations & Regional Growth Initiatives
- Support ongoing marketing operations and ad hoc regional projects
- Assist in establishing scalable marketing processes, tools, and best practices for the APAC region
- Contribute to long-term regional marketing planning and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall business growth objectives
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, sales development, or regional marketing roles
- Experience working with technology, semiconductor, AI, embedded systems, industrial automation, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystem, partner enablement, and demand generation activities
- Hands-on experience supporting regional marketing campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and cross-functional international environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and regions
- Experience collaborating with global teams and regional partners across APAC
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills required; additional Asian language capability is a plus
- Willingness to travel across APAC region when required
