Position: Sales Representative
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan
This role is responsible for promoting and selling advanced semiconductor test interface solutions (including probe cards, load boards, and related products) within the Taiwan market. You will work closely with regional customer teams and global business partners to support business growth and customer engagement.
With guidance from senior account leaders, you will be involved in the full commercial lifecycle—from opportunity development and pricing strategy to project execution and delivery—while progressively building the capability to manage customer relationships independently and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage existing customer accounts, actively driving commercial activities with increasing ownership over time
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, analyzing competitive landscape, and positioning differentiated value propositions
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from RFQ to order closure, including requirement consolidation, internal alignment on pricing strategy, customer quotation, and commercial negotiation
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on cost, lead time, quality, and customer expectations throughout project execution
- Achieve bookings and revenue targets, contribute to market share growth, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Apply data-driven and analytical approaches to problem solving, including evaluating trade-offs (e.g., lead time, risk) and defining mitigation strategies
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE or related engineering field (EE preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry (Sales / FAE / PM / Operations / Engineering are all acceptable)
• Strong English capability: able to write business emails and participate effectively in international meetings (phone/video)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to stay clear and reliable under pressure
