What You’ll Do
Release Management & Execution
A primary focus of this role is defining and executing the release management lifecycle. This includes:

Cross-Functional Coordination: Align engineering, product, go-to-market, and design teams to bundle and deploy software changes across global domains.

Lifecycle Oversight: Work closely with App, SDK, and API teams to release new versions and software assets across multiple supported languages.

Deployment Safety: Ensure the secure and stable rollout of all updated software assets to the field.

Technical Documentation: Manage the update of product guides, API references, migration documentation, and public-facing changelogs.
Strategic Program Leadership

Process Evolution: Evaluate and define the tools and frameworks used for release management and versioning strategies.

Quality Assurance: Coordinate end-to-end testing and manage comprehensive test case repositories.

Migration Strategy: Lead user migration efforts to the latest API/SDK versions while managing the deprecation of legacy assets.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate technical changes to both internal teams and prospective users.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Technical Program Management.

Quality Obsession: A track record of prioritizing product architecture, reliability, and correctness over simply "hitting a deadline."

Full-Lifecycle Leadership: Proven ability to manage programs from initial kickoff through to shipping, demonstrating strong thought leadership throughout.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse global teams and time zones.

Autonomy: Experience operating independently to scale internal and external processes across multiple functional disciplines.

Scale & Complexity: Analytical experience with large-scale platforms, global infrastructure, and complex API-driven systems.
