✅ What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of backend development experience with Java or other OOP languages.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and system design.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Spring, Kafka, Spark, or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
