Position: (Sr. ) Business Manager
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Job Description :
1.Manage assigned key accounts, strengthening relationships while identifying and supporting business growth opportunities
2.Serve as the primary interface with customers, aligning on demand planning, delivery expectations, and ongoing business priorities
3.Facilitate commercial activities including quotation, pricing alignment, and contract coordination, ensuring practical and sustainable business terms
4.Coordinate closely with internal teams to align customer demand with production capacity, securing reliable and on-time delivery
5.Oversee order fulfillment, including order tracking, production progress, and shipment readiness
6.Work cross-functionally with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution
7.Anticipate and manage risks across demand, supply, and delivery, maintaining operational stability while supporting business continuity
Job Requirement:
1. 5–10+ years in ODM/OEM or electronics manufacturing, with key account experience
2. 3+ years of team management experience
3. Solid understanding of supply chain, order management, and manufacturing operations
4. Familiar with pricing, quotation, and basic cost structure (BOM)
5. Strong ability to align customers and internal teams to drive execution and support account growth
