Sr. Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape and deliver the 0-to-1 product vision for spot trading, derivatives (perpetuals and futures), and financial products (staking, yield, and structured products), owning each from initial idea through go-live and ongoing refinement
• Own the full trading journey end to end, covering order types, trading UI, position management, liquidation logic, and the structure of financial products
• Lead the roadmap for core trading infrastructure and financial product offerings, setting priorities based on market understanding and user behavior
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver well-built trading features quickly and accurately
• Set and monitor key success metrics to keep improving product performance
• Build alignment across teams on product direction and priorities so execution stays focused and effective

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years working on trading, exchange, or financial products
• A track record of 0-to-1 delivery, having single-handedly taken a trading or financial product from idea to launch
• Strong grasp of how trading works, including order types, matching engines, and position and risk management
• Sharp analytical and prioritization ability, able to turn unclear market opportunities into clear, actionable product roadmaps
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership and communication, able to unite engineering, design, and business teams behind a common vision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on work with derivatives such as perpetuals, futures, or options on a centralized or decentralized exchange
• Knowledge of structured products, staking mechanics, or yield strategies within crypto
• Background in blockchain technology, with practical understanding of DeFi protocols and on-chain trading infrastructure
• Skilled in SQL and data analysis tools, and able to draw product insights from trading data and user behavior metrics
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, fintech company, or traditional financial institution with a trading or brokerage focus
