Our client is looking for a hands-on and strategic VP HR to lead the full HR function in a fast-growing retail environment. This role will play a key part in building scalable HR foundations while supporting aggressive business expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while driving operational excellence across all HR disciplines.

- Lead end-to-end HR functions: Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Operations
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, particularly workforce planning and organizational development
- Advise leadership on organizational design, transformation, and people-related decisions
- Build scalable recruitment strategies to support rapid retail expansion
- Partner with operations to ensure optimal staffing, engagement, and retention across store networks
- Design and implement training programs for frontline staff, store managers, and corporate teams
- Develop talent pipelines and strengthen leadership bench strength
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal HR policies
- Improve HR systems, processes, and governance for scalability and consistency
- Drive a high-performance, values-based culture
- Implement engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and productivity
- Establish structured, scalable HR systems in a fast-growth environment
- Strengthen workforce stability while supporting ongoing expansion
- Influence senior leadership and drive organizational transformation
- Balance strategic initiatives with operational continuity
- Senior HR leadership experience (HR Director / Head of HR level)
- Background in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations strongly preferred
- Proven track record in scaling HR functions in high-growth or transformation environments
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Excellent English communication
