Our client is a fast-growing international clean energy company expanding across Asia and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to partner with overseas HR teams, contribute to global reward programs, and support compensation strategies in a dynamic multinational environment.

What You'll Do

• Support compensation and benefits programs across global locations.
• Participate in salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and promotion cycles.
• Partner with overseas HR teams and external vendors to ensure smooth C&B operations.
• Support expatriate and cross-border employee arrangements.
• Prepare compensation analysis and HR reports to support business decisions.
• Drive HR process improvements and ensure data accuracy and governance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Solid experience in salary review, compensation structure, and HR operations.
• Exposure to multinational companies or overseas HR coordination.
• Familiarity with expatriate or international mobility practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
