- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support commercial decision-making
- Monitor trade promotions, discounts, and rebates to ensure ROI optimization
- Oversee cost structures including logistics, and inventory management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness, channel profitability, and customer performance
- Support go-to-market strategies with financial insights and scenario analysis
- Challenge assumptions and drive data-driven decision-making
