Head of Finance LATAM

Morgan Philips Executive Search is partnering with a leading global luxury brand to identify an accomplished Head of Finance LATAM.

This executive will lead the finance function across Latin America, acting as a strategic partner to regional and global leadership to drive profitable growth, financial performance, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Partner with commercial and regional leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team while driving operational excellence.

Profile

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within multinational organizations.
• Strong background in FP&A, controlling, business partnering, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading multicultural teams across LATAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
