【Industrial IoT】Lead Gateway SW Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineer to lead the development of industrial IoT communication products. You will work at the intersection of industrial networking, embedded systems, and real-world applications, enabling seamless connectivity across diverse devices and protocols.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development and maintenance of industrial communication products
• Drive project execution to ensure on-time delivery
• Design and optimize software/system architecture
• Develop and maintain industrial protocol software modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW, PM, Sales)
• Support customers on-site when needed (domestic & international)
• Analyze use cases and propose technical solutions and new features

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in software/firmware development
• Solid understanding of networking or industrial communication protocols
• Proven ability in system design and problem-solving
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
