Responsibilities

• Define and lead engineering strategy, including system architecture and scalability planning
• Drive AI transformation across engineering, implementing AI-enabled development practices (e.g., AI-SDLC, SDD, AI-assisted coding)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Operations) to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement
• Oversee large-scale project execution, ensuring quality, timeline, and efficiency
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, developing leadership bench and technical capabilities
• Stay ahead of technology trends and drive innovation to strengthen product competitiveness

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with strong background in system architecture and large-scale development
• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ engineers across multiple layers
• Solid expertise in modern architectures (Cloud, Microservices, API, DevOps)
• Hands-on experience in driving AI adoption within engineering or product environments
• Familiar with AI / GenAI technologies (e.g., LLM, RAG) and AI-driven development practices
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven ability to lead under complex and fast-paced environments
