Position: Sr. Key Account Sales - TSMC
Location: HsinChu, Taiwan
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role owning one of the most critical accounts – TSMC.
You will drive business growth, strategic positioning, and customer engagement at fab level, working closely with global teams to shape long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be driving
- Own and execute TSMC account strategy across assigned fabs to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead design-in / solution promotion at customer sites, working closely with Application & Service teams
- Build and deepen multi-layer relationships within TSMC (engineering / procurement / management)
- Drive new solution penetration and expand share of wallet in a strategic account
- Partner with Global Account Manager on business analysis, forecasting, and market insights (orders, revenue, AR, pipeline)
- Act as the key interface between customer and internal teams to ensure execution excellence
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 3+ years in Key Account Sales / Account Management in Semiconductor industry
- Solid experience engaging with TSMC (highly preferred)
- Proven track record in driving new business / solution selling
- Strong ownership, resilience, and results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English (business level)
Nice-to-have
- Established network within TSMC ecosystem
- Familiar with structured sales methodologies (e.g. M&H or similar)
