Our client is a premier management consulting and investment holding firm operating globally. The firm uniquely blends strategic advisory with portfolio business investments, advises top business leaders and public sector organizations on how to scale, innovate, and navigate complex market dynamics across the region.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End M&A Execution: Lead corporate transactions from start to finish, including market research, deal structuring, financial modeling, valuation, and post-merger integration (PMI).
- Cross-Border Deal Management: Guide global clients through complex cross-border acquisitions, mergers, and strategic partnerships.
- Strategic Advisory: Move beyond traditional financing to advise clients on growth strategies, market entry, and the commercial logic behind a deal.
- Transaction Support & Due Diligence: Oversee thorough financial and commercial due diligence to protect clients and manage regulatory risks.
For Director Level:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary trusted advisor to senior corporate leaders and executive boards.
- Project Leadership: Take ultimate ownership of project execution, guiding consulting teams to meet strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
- Business Development: Leverage professional networks to originate new M&A mandates and drive revenue growth for the firm.
For Manager Level:
- Project Driving: Manage daily project workflows, build financial models, and create high-level client presentations.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, day-to-day contact with client teams to gather data and deliver project updates.
Requirements:
- Professional Background: Proven experience in Financial Advisory (FA) or M&A. This must come from Investment Banking (IB), Big 4 Financial Advisory Services (FAS), an M&A boutique, a private equity fund, or an in-house corporate development team.
- Technical Transaction Experience: Practical, hands-on experience in transaction support, corporate restructuring, complex deal structuring, or Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
- Strategic Mindset: A passionate interest in cross-border transactions and corporate strategy work.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle client relationships (Director) or day-to-day project coordination (Manager).
