Responsibilities:
- Drive product development of automotive-grade, high-speed signal delivery systems and high-power connection system design through DFM, DOE, DQA with simulation and tooling design reviews.
- Lead two engineering teams that focus on designing and developing the High-Power and High-Speed motor control systems. Define and manage project roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Interface directly with customers, providing technical solutions and leading critical discussions. Coach and mentor engineering leaders and team members; foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Solve cross-domain technical challenges, including thermal, EMC, high-frequency, and system integration.
Responsibilities:
- 15-20+ years of R&D/Product Development experience in the fields of motor control systems, power electronics, interconnectivity products for EV/Automotive applications.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and line managers.
- Deep technical knowledge in FOC, BLDC, PMSM motor drives, high-speed switching, and power delivery systems.
- Strong leadership and organizational planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer-facing experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or other related disciplines.
