Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain transformation, improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and leveraging data and digital solutions to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Transformation & Operational Excellence

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes by driving continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead change management programs to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

2. Strategic Planning & Project Management

• Develop and manage the supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring strategic initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and monitor execution to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Drive collaboration across supply chain and business functions to standardize, streamline, and integrate operational processes.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders to improve overall operational performance and customer service.

4. Cost Optimization & Performance Management

• Lead cost optimization initiatives through process improvement, cost analysis, and resource optimization.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, capital investment planning, and financial performance to maximize operational efficiency.

5. Data Analytics & Performance Measurement

• Ensure data integrity and governance across supply chain operations.
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

6. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Drive organizational capability building, succession planning, and talent development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related functions, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing sizable teams.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP), project management tools, and data analysis capabilities (e.g., SQL or equivalent).
• Business & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of operational cost management, business case development, financial analysis, and investment evaluation.
