Role Highlights
- Lead and develop an in-house IP team

- Handle IP licensing, SEP negotiation, and litigation matters
- Partner with R&D and business units to align IP with product roadmap
- Optimize IP asset value, including monetization and cost management
- Introduce AI / digital tools to enhance IP processes
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in IP, with 5+ years team leadership experience
- Strong background in Hi-tech industry
- Hands-on experience in IP
- Proven track record in licensing negotiation or litigation
- Fluent English for global communication
- Patent-related qualification (TW / US / CN) is a plus
