- Attend monthly Supply Chain meetings at headquarters to compile and share updates on product supply status and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and transparent information.
- Proficiently use Excel for data analysis and report generation and
- continuously update product demand forecasts for the Taiwan market via the Hong Kong SAP system.
- Monitor inventory levels in real time, proactively coordinate product supply and confirm shipping arrangements, and oversee and guide customs clearance processes to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Plan and arrange materials and schedules required for product processing to effectively support market demand and channel development.
- Managed 3PL and 4PL operations, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships; arranged warehouse visits and periodic inventory counts, and actively negotiated competitive contract terms.
- Managed logistics, processing, and warehousing budgets, maintaining effective cost control while supporting channel growth and sales targets in the Taiwan market.
- Handle order requests from specialty channel distributors, including arrangements for special product processing, orders with specified expiration dates, and orders with specific shipping conditions.
- Compile sales records for the specialty channel and regularly update
- inventory and product information to support the marketing team’ s market operations and strategic development.
- Education: Bachelor’ s degree or higher; or an associate’ s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, sufficient to handle daily cross-border communication needs.
- 3 – 5 years of practical experience in logistics management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and Excel data analysis is a plus.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively execute tasks while multitasking and under tight deadlines.
