MAKING SUCCESS STORIES HAPPEN

Company Overview

As we scale, we're adding a Senior Product Manager to drive product vision across our growing portfolio, translate what our largest customers need next into real, shippable products, and lead zero-to-one launches from concept to production. You'll work alongside our Staff Engineer and experienced product leaders, with real ownership handed to you from day one, so you can focus on what matters most: making sure product decisions are driven by real customer value.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, a genuine product visionary, to define and build the next generation of AI-powered marketing products at Onramp Lab. Our clients already trust us with the final transaction: the call, the click, the conversion. Now they're asking us what else AI can do for them. Internally, we're far ahead of the market: we run agents that operate Google and Meta campaigns, generate ad creative, and optimize performance across dozens of platforms. Your mandate is to tie all of this together into a unified, agent-powered marketing operating system. It will unify ContactLoop, our conversational email platform, and VoiceFusion, connect to outside platforms and services, and tap directly into the power of existing LLMs.

This is not a traditional PM role built on hard skills like road mapping and ticket-grooming. The right person can take a product from concept all the way to a production-level, look-and-feel prototype on their own, soup to nuts. You'll question conventions, including whether a feature needs a traditional UI at all, and design experiences for a new generation of users who live inside tools like Claude rather than logging into a dozen dashboards. We'll fill in the gaps around you (engineering, product marketing, sales enablement) so you can focus on shaping what to build and why.

What You'll Do

  • Own product vision and direction for a unified, agent-powered marketing platform spanning conversations, email, voice AI, and upper-funnel marketing.
  • Lead zero-to-one product discovery and launches: identify the opportunity, prototype it to production-level fidelity, validate it with real customers, and ship.
  • Translate the needs of large, scaling clients (including customers spending $1M+/year with us) into products that capture a dramatically larger share of their marketing spend.
  • Design AI-native experiences: agent-to-agent workflows, MCP-based integrations, and interfaces that go beyond traditional UI.
  • Build and lead a product team over time, including junior product researchers handling research and lightweight QA (direct or dotted-line, depending on your working style).
  • Work hands-on with AI tools daily to prototype, test, and demonstrate what's possible.

What We're Looking For

  • You've built real products, zero to one. You have at least one fully usable product you personally created, whether a side project, internal tool, or launched product. This is our litmus test: if you haven't built something real with today's AI tooling, this isn't the right role.
  • You're a daily, obsessive user of AI tools, and have been since the early days of Claude and ChatGPT. You test the newest tools constantly and know from firsthand usage what's possible.
  • You understand the agentic stack. You know what MCP is, what an agent is, and how agents talk to each other to get tasks done. You don't need to be an ML engineer; you need to know how to build with these primitives.
  • You're technical enough to execute. You've played with code, or you've shipped real things with no-code/low-code tools. Either path works; what matters is that you build.
  • You have product taste. You know what good looks like and what feels good to an end user, and AI tooling now lets you execute on that taste without waiting on copywriters or designers.
  • You understand the American market. Our customers are US businesses. Ideally you've lived, studied, or worked in the US for 6+ years (or grew up in an international-school environment) and genuinely get American tastes and culture. US-based candidates open to relocating to Taiwan are very welcome.
  • You're entrepreneurial and hungry. You're the type who's either ready for a role like this or on the cusp of starting your own thing, and you want to build inside a company that can amplify you.
  • Fluent in English; comfortable operating across time zones, products, and stakeholders in a US-style work environment.

What This Role Is Not

  • This is not an ML/LLM research role. We're not looking for model training, fine-tuning, or NLP specialists. A heavy academic AI background is not required (and isn't a substitute for having built products).
  • This is not a marketing role. We have product marketing covered; your job is to conceptualize and build what AI-enabled users will use next.
