The Role

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead NPD initiatives from initial concept through to full commercialization; manage projects to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Process Optimization: Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to enhance and optimize filter performance.

Global Collaboration: Partner with international technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and meet project criteria.

Technical Communication: Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders; publish technical work at conferences.

Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior engineers across cross-functional teams.

Travel: Support global projects with up to 10% travel.
Qualifications & Traits for Success
Education & Experience:

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of work-related technical experience.
Technical Skills & Preferred Expertise:

Hands-on experience in lab and cleanroom manufacturing environments.

Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, PowerBI) for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred experience in: Web handling, roll-to-roll processes, pleating, plastic bonding, and other assembly techniques.
