- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning aligned with corporate and regional objectives
- Develop and oversee robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning under dynamic market conditions
- Provide forward-looking analysis on financial performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to senior leadership
Management Reporting & Insights
- Oversee delivery of high-impact management reporting, including executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business performance reviews
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights on revenue growth, margin expansion, cost structure, and operating efficiency
- Drive performance transparency and enable fact-based decision-making across the organization
Strategic Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFO/Country Manager and commercial leaders, influencing strategic decisions and driving profitable growth
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize pricing, promotion effectiveness, and channel profitability (e.g., modern trade, e-commerce)
- Lead financial evaluation of key business initiatives, including new product launches, portfolio optimization, and go-to-market strategies
Process Excellence & Digital Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, enhancing agility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP, BI tools, and data automation to strengthen decision support capabilities
- Establish best-in-class data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency across financial and business reporting
Leadership & Organization Development
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a strong business partnering mindset and talent development pipeline
- Promote a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Act as key finance interface with regional and global HQ, ensuring alignment on financial targets and strategic priorities
- Support executive leadership with high-quality insights, board-level presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and business outcomes
