About the Company
We are a large-scale technology company serving millions of users in Taiwan. At this scale, we must protect our employees and corporate data as well as our users. Our Enterprise Security team does this together with our global infrastructure and security teams. Our goal is to give every employee a workplace that is both flexible and secure.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you will protect our employees, corporate data, and internal systems in a hybrid work environment. You will work with a wide range of enterprise security software and hardware across endpoints, servers, networks, identity, SaaS, and data. When security incidents happen, you will play a key role in investigating, containing, and resolving them. You will also build security automation that replaces manual work and speeds up response. We are looking for a hands-on engineer who has broad technical coverage, real incident response experience, and an automation-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and continuously improve a broad range of enterprise security solutions, both software and hardware, across endpoint, server, network, identity, SaaS, and data protection.
- Handle security incidents end to end, from detection and triage through investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident review.
- Build security automation workflows with tools such as n8n, scripts, and APIs to reduce manual work, improve alert quality, and speed up response.
- Combine security signals to measure how well controls work, and turn findings into clear remediation plans.
- Automate reporting to produce reliable operational and compliance evidence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with a wide range of enterprise security software and hardware, such as EDR/XDR, MDM/UEM, vulnerability and patch management, SIEM, DLP, CASB/SSE, firewall, VPN, and identity platforms. Broader coverage is a strong advantage.
- Proven incident response experience, including investigating, containing, and remediating real security incidents. Experience with complex or large-scale incidents is highly valued.
- Experience building security automation with workflow platforms such as n8n, along with scripting and API integrations. This includes applying agentic AI or GenAI to security automation or intelligence.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, and the drive to push security improvements across multiple teams.
- English skills sufficient for technical discussion, documentation, and collaboration with global teams.
