We're looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive hardware development from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers and design technicians
🔹 Manage end-to-end hardware development, including customer specifications, design execution, NPI, and mass production
🔹 Drive cross-functional collaboration with Technical Sales, Program Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
🔹 Own project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction
🔹 Develop team capabilities, expand the organization, and recruit top engineering talent

What We're Looking For

✔ 8+ years of hardware design experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
✔ Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams
✔ Strong background in PCB Design or MLO (Multi-Layer Organic) Design
✔ Experience managing customer-facing projects and cross-functional development
