Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with global brand direction while driving strong local market relevance and consumer engagement.
- Develop and implement integrated brand plans that enhance brand equity and long-term business growth across all consumer touchpoints.
- Drive luxury brand positioning through compelling storytelling, experiential marketing, digital initiatives, retail activations, and customer engagement programs.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and emerging luxury consumer trends.
- Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, product launch strategies, and investment priorities to deliver measurable business impact.
- Oversee brand performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement metrics, and ROI analysis to optimize marketing investments.
Manage marketing budgets, A&P investments, forecasting, and P&L accountability to ensure efficient resource allocation and commercial success. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, CRM, Private Client, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated brand experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, agencies, media, luxury retailers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and organizational development.
- Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, watches & jewelry, premium spirits, beauty, fashion, or other luxury consumer sectors.
- Strong track record in brand building, integrated marketing, and driving business growth.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
- Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English and native in Mandarin.
