Our client is a large-scale international group with diversified business operations. To support continued global expansion, they are seeking an experienced HR Director, leading HR operations, and driving strategic people initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across identified market, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Manage and develop a regional HR team of 20+ members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and business-oriented culture.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives to support rapid business expansion.
- Establish and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across different countries and regions.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning programs to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to management on people-related matters, including organizational change, employee engagement, and culture building.
- Support cross-border HR projects and regional initiatives, ensuring alignment across local and global stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and HR best practices to continuously improve HR effectiveness and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of HR experience, including substantial exposure in large-scale multinational or regional organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing sizable HR teams of 20+ members.
- Strong understanding of overseas HR operations, labor regulations, and cross-cultural management within Asia.
- Experience supporting large-scale organizations, business expansion, or organizational transformation is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience from construction, real estate, or diversified conglomerate groups will be highly preferred.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regional and global teams.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Southeast Asia is a strong plus.
- Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
