Key Responsibilities
- Review, revise, draft, and provide legal advice on contracts, agreements, memoranda, appendices, and other legal documentation.
- Coordinate and manage external legal counsel, consulting firms, and professional advisors, and arrange meetings or discussions with relevant business partners while conducting legal research and collecting supporting information.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory updates issued by competent authorities and the Taiwan Stock Exchange, revise internal policies and procedures accordingly, and maintain systematic documentation and records.
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Financial Law, or a related legal discipline from a recognized domestic or overseas university.
- At least 3 years of practical legal experience in commercial M&A transactions. Experience gained at a law firm, accounting firm, consulting firm, or corporate advisory organization is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial litigation procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan's Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, Statute for Investment by Foreign Nationals, Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act, Labor Standards Act, and regulations governing listed companies and securities.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), with strong legal drafting, communication, and negotiation abilities.
