Mechanical Design Engineer

Join a global engineering team developing high-precision mechanical solutions for next-generation semiconductor test and inspection systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on highly integrated hardware products while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams from design through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design precision mechanical components and assemblies for advanced semiconductor hardware solutions.
• Collaborate closely with PCB engineers to develop customized mechanical designs for highly integrated products.
• Perform tolerance analysis and engineering evaluations to ensure robust and manufacturable designs.
• Drive mechanical projects from concept, design verification, NPI, to mass production.
• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to optimize DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly), improving product quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of mechanical design experience in precision mechanical products.
• Proficient with SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or equivalent 3D CAD tools.
• Familiar with precision mechanical design, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Preferred Experience

• Semiconductor equipment or high-precision hardware products.
• Mechanical design for PCB-related assemblies or highly integrated electronic systems.
• NPI, manufacturing process optimization, and product industrialization experience.
