Job Responsibilities

1. Own overall planning and execution for Japanese client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and requirements management.
2. Coordinate project schedule, cost, and quality management to ensure projects progress on time and achieve mass production milestones.
3. Coordinate cross-functional resources internally (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance) and align input across teams to resolve project execution issues.
4. Participate in RFQ quotations, project evaluation, and commercial term discussions, helping to develop competitive proposals.
5. Manage project risks and issues, track and improve abnormalities, and ensure product delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production phases, ensuring stable production and supply chain operations.

Requirements

1. Fluent in Japanese
2. Practical project experience at a system assembly (EMS/ODM) plant or in the electronics industry; a technical background is a plus.

1. 日系顧客案件の全体計画と推進を担当し、顧客とのコミュニケーション及び要求管理の主要窓口を務める。
2. プロジェクトの進捗、コスト、品質管理を統括し、スケジュール通りにプロジェクトを推進、量産導入の達成を確保する。
3. 社内各部門（技術、購買、製造、品質保証など）のリソースを部門横断的に調整し、各部署の意見を統合してプロジェクト遂行上の課題を解決する。
4. RFQ見積り、プロジェクト評価、商務条件の協議に参加し、競争力のある提案の策定を支援する。
5. プロジェクトのリスク及び課題を管理し、異常のトラッキングと改善を行い、製品納品の品質と顧客満足度を確保する。
6. 新製品導入（NPI）及び量産段階を支援し、生産及びサプライチェーンの安定運用を確保する。

応募資格

1. 日本語堪能
2. システム組立工場または電子業界での実務プロジェクト経験を有すること。技術的バックグラウンドがあれば尚可。
