Procurement Head (Confidential)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Taiwan procurement function and manage local procurement team.
• Partner closely with APAC & Global Procurement teams within a matrix organization.
• Drive procurement strategy, governance, and performance improvement.
• Lead engineering, project, and CAPEX procurement activities.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across local, regional, and global teams.
• Drive change management and influence business leaders to align procurement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• ~15 years of procurement experience.
• 5-7+ years people management experience.
• Good English & Mandarin communication skills.
• Solid background in Project Procurement, Engineering Procurement, and CAPEX sourcing.
• Proven stakeholder management and change leadership capability.
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations preferred.
