About the Role
Our client is a global leader in property damage restoration and recovery services, serving industrial, commercial, and insurance sectors. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth in Taiwan by building strong relationships across the insurance ecosystem and securing recovery project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

- Value Proposition Development: Partner with the regional marketing team to craft compelling value propositions tailored to the Taiwan market. Develop supporting sales enablement materials, including presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
- Client Engagement & Education: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders — equipment end users, insurers, brokers, and loss adjusters. Lead client meetings, training sessions, and seminars to communicate service capabilities and value.
- Project Acquisition: Take an active, hands-on role in winning recovery projects — including on-site visits to disaster locations, direct engagement with affected organizations and their insurers, and presenting tailored solutions to build trust and close contracts.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Review project quotations for market competitiveness and client fit. Advise recovery specialists on sales strategy and support negotiations as needed.
- Sales Performance Management: Track the sales funnel, conversion rates, invoicing, and job orders. Drive corrective actions to stay on target, and deliver monthly reporting on pipeline and sales activity.
