About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior FAE | Wireless & IoT Solutions | 5G / LTE / RF to join our growing team in Taiwan.

In this role, you will act as a key technical partner for customers, working closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver wireless and IoT solutions from product evaluation and design-in through certification and mass production.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FAE who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers, and turning technology into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, including system integration and application issues.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Product Management teams to identify customer requirements and develop the right technical solutions.
• Support customers throughout the evaluation, design-in, development, certification, and production stages.
• Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, application documents, and technical presentations.
• Provide on-site technical support when required and resolve hardware, software, RF, and system-level issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers, distributors, and partners.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical consultation and solution recommendations.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and future product development.
• Identify new application opportunities and support the development of potential business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of technical engineering / FAE experience, preferably in Telecom, Wireless, IoT, Electronics, or Semiconductor industries.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and wireless communication systems.
• Solid knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, RF fundamentals, embedded systems, and embedded Linux.
• Experience with Qualcomm platforms or cellular communication modules is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and system integration skills.
• Experience working directly with customers and supporting technical evaluations or design-in projects.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience leading a team or managing technical projects is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
