Senior PM

Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the overall product vision and roadmap for Data Center, AI Server, and Standard Rack Server platforms, ensuring strong market competitiveness and sustained business growth.
2. Align product positioning, specifications, and differentiation with industry trends, customer requirements (CSP Tier 1/2/3, enterprise, and AI clients), and emerging technologies.
3. Spearhead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, sales, and supply chain to ensure smooth product execution, high quality, and on-time delivery (TTM).
4. Engage with key vendors, ODM/OEMs, and ISV/SI ecosystem partners to broaden business opportunities and reinforce product competitiveness.
5. Equip sales teams and key customers with strategic insights, product positioning, and executive-level presentations to drive alignment and accelerate adoption.
6. Lead and develop the product management team, cultivating a strong sense of ownership, execution capability, and cross-functional cohesion.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in server, data center, or enterprise hardware product management.
2. Practical experience with rack server, AI server, GPU server platforms, or within the ODM/OEM server ecosystem.
3. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to craft a product roadmap and translate it into actionable execution.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, deliver results, and achieve business and product objectives.
5. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners.
6. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven attitude.
7. Strong presentation and communication skills in English, with a track record of effectively engaging vendors, sales teams, and key customers.
